Acceptance
By installing and using Spit, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
Use of the app
Spit is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to decompile, reverse engineer, or extract the app's content.
Age and legal capacity
You must have the legal capacity required to accept these terms. If you use Spit as a minor, you must have permission from your parent or legal guardian. You are responsible for following the rules that apply to your use of the app in your country of residence.
Prohibited conduct
You must not bypass security measures, disrupt Spit, gain unauthorized access to our systems, automate large-scale extraction of content, or use the app unlawfully or in a way that infringes another person's rights. Attempted fraud, abuse, or malicious use may result in access being suspended.
Subscriptions
Spit offers weekly, monthly, and annual subscriptions managed via the App Store. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the period. Manage your subscriptions in your Apple account settings.
Content
The affirmations provided in Spit are intended to support your wellbeing. They are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice.
Intellectual property
The app, brand, interface, text, illustrations, and other materials that make up Spit are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your right to use them is personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable. Installing or using Spit does not transfer any ownership right to you.
Apple account and payments
Purchases are billed by Apple using the payment information connected to your Apple ID. Spit does not receive or store your banking details. Refund requests are handled by Apple under App Store rules and the consumer rights that apply in your country.
Availability and updates
We may fix, change, or temporarily suspend features to maintain the security and quality of the service. A recent version of iOS may be required. We make reasonable efforts to keep the app available, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation on every device or every operating system version.
Suspension and ending use
You may stop using Spit at any time by deleting the app and, where applicable, separately canceling your subscription in your Apple settings. We may limit or suspend access following a breach of these terms, a security risk, or a legal requirement. Deleting the app does not automatically cancel an active subscription.
Limitation of liability
Spit is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We cannot be held responsible for how you use the app or for any interruptions.
Changes
These terms may evolve. In case of significant changes, we'll notify you inside the app. Continued use means acceptance.
Governing law
These terms are interpreted under applicable law without removing any mandatory consumer protection available in your country of residence. If a dispute arises, please contact us first so we can seek an amicable solution. The courts with jurisdiction remain those designated by the applicable legal rules.
